Quick Start Instructions

Log in to the Customer Portal
- Go to Open a Service Order and select Log In.

Select the Type of Request
- From your dashboard, choose Open a New Service Order.

Fill in Service Order Details

Include location, equipment type, and a brief description of the issue.

- Click Submit and you’ll receive a confirmation.
